Delivery Information

Stock & Orders: Most products are sourced from suppliers as orders are placed, unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are updated regularly, but you should wait for our confirmation email before making payment.

Assembly Items: Products such as fully assembled PCs may require additional lead time for testing and preparation.

Substitutes: If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives. You may accept the substitute, backorder the item, or cancel it.

Payment: Orders must be paid via EFT or cash deposit within 48 hours, or they may be cancelled or repriced. Orders are processed once payment reflects in our account.

Non-Delivery, Loss, or Damage
All dispatched orders are guaranteed delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we will either replace it or provide a full refund at our discretion.
If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please check its contents in the presence of the courier driver. Contact us immediately if any items are missing or damaged. Our liability ends once a clean signature is obtained at delivery.
