Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. Refunds are only issued if products are returned unopened, in original packaging, and with all materials supplied at the time of purchase.

If an opened product is returned:

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged, provided that all original packaging and materials are included.

  • If packaging or materials are missing, @IT Computer Store in collaboration with Turbo Tortoise Tech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge an additional fee.

Products returned in opened packaging must be in a condition fit for resale. Software and consumables may only be returned if they remain unopened.

When returning items, please ensure:

  • Products are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • The order number and return address are clearly marked.

  • Items are insured where appropriate.

We cannot accept liability for damage incurred during return shipping.

Orders cancelled before shipping/fulfilment will be refunded in full, including delivery charges. Payments received prior to shipping are treated as refundable deposits until the order is fulfilled.

Replacements & Warranty

All products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty (minimum 1 year from date of order, unless otherwise specified). Longer warranties provided by manufacturers will also be honoured.

If your product is faulty, please contact us for assistance with the returns process.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging delivery of faulty items back to us.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer once the product has been repaired or replaced.

If a product is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) or becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange courier collection at no cost to you. Shipping costs will be covered both ways.
