Shipping policy

Delivery Information

Most products listed on our website are not held in stock at our premises (unless otherwise stated) and are ordered from suppliers once a purchase has been made. While we continually update prices and availability based on supplier information, we recommend that you wait for our order confirmation email before making payment.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe once your order is confirmed.

  • Custom Builds (e.g. fully assembled PCs): These may require additional lead time for assembly and testing.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we will contact you to suggest a substitute product. You may accept the substitute, place the item on backorder, or cancel the item.


Payment & Order Confirmation

  • Orders must be paid for via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or cash deposit.

  • Orders will only be placed with our suppliers once proof of payment is received and processed in our account.

  • Payments must be made within 48 hours of placing the order, or the order may be cancelled or repriced if costs have changed.

  • Because we hold accounts with major South African banks, most EFTs reflect immediately, allowing us to dispatch products more quickly.


Delivery Options

1. Door-to-Door Courier (via trusted partners such as The Courier Guy & Fastway)

  • Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. A valid street address must be provided at checkout.

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on:

    • The greater of actual or volumetric weight per item.

    • Total order value.

    • Destination address.

  • An estimated delivery cost can be generated in the Estimate Delivery box during checkout.

  • Please note: We currently do not deliver to remote locations such as farms or mines.

2. Collection from Store

  • Customers may collect their purchases directly from our store:

  • A waiting period of 1–3 business days may apply before collection, depending on supplier availability.

  • You will be notified by SMS or email once your order is ready for collection.


Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically collected by couriers within 24 hours of payment clearance.

  • Estimated courier timeframes are displayed at checkout and apply to business days from the time of dispatch.

  • Delivery to addresses outside of major centres may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • All packages are fully trackable, and tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.


Non-Delivery, Loss, or Damage

We guarantee delivery of all orders dispatched from our offices. If an order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a full refund.

This decision will be made at our discretion.

If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please check the contents and condition in the presence of the courier driver. Contact us immediately if any items are missing or damaged.

⚠️ Our liability for shipments ends once a clean signature has been obtained from the recipient at delivery.
